Shea Butter
Shea butter is moisturizing and nourishing to the skin
Shea butter contains the following essential fatty acids
Palmitic - 5%
Stearic - 40%
Oleic - 48%
Linoleic - 6%
Water
Big Spring water collected from a mineral-infused spring 1200 feet beneath the Big Snowy Mountains.
Lye
Soap made from scratch cannot be made without using lye (sodium hydroxide). Lye works as an emulsifier in soap making that allows oils/butters to mix with water to create soap. This process is called saponification.
Olive Oil
Olive oil moisturizes the skin and creates creamy lather.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is super cleansing and produces large bubbles.
Sodium Lactate
This ingredients is used for help harden the soap and also draws moisture to the skin.
It's a liquid salt derived from the fermentation of sugars found in corn and beets.
Colorant
The majority of colorant I use come from Mad Micas who scours the earth to bring the highest quality, ethically sourced premium mica available anywhere in the known universe!
