Wildflower Ranch reflects and inspires a family's history and tradition. Our first product, Montana Farm Butter, was inspired by W.E. and Katherine Staab, who arrived in the Gilt Edge Montana area in the early 1900s and built a life for themselves and their family. They lived in a box car until they built a two-room house in 1907. The house was later moved to its current location, where the town of Novary once sat, and our daughter is now the fifth generation to live in it. We are humbled by the hard work and dedication that went into building this home, and our Montana Farm Butter Body Butter is made in the same kitchen that Rose Marie, the Daughter of W.E. and Katherine, made her Butter to sell at the Local Buttrey's food and Drug in Lewistown, Montana.
